In the 80s, veteran photographer Peter E. Randall shot hundreds of images of beach goers and workers at the famous Hampton Beach in Hampton, NH. Shooting black and white on Afga film with his little Olympus XA, Peter sought to capture documentary photographs in the style of Henri Cartier-Bresson (famous for his distinctive, wide angle street photographs and “the decisive moment”). This film brings these incredible images to life with sound and music from the era.
